Carlos is a sophomore in the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania where he studies Political Science and English. During his freshman year, he extensively researched the United States-United Kingdom “special relationship” alongside its impact on international organizations. As a Senior Staffer for the General Assembly, he eagerly looks forward to UPMUNC58 to contribute his knowledge on international affairs and learn from his peers. Outside of UPMUNC58, he writes for the Daily Pennsylvanian on university events and related news.
