Dear delegates,

Welcome to the Art of the Deal! My name is Linda Gayle, and I’m looking forward to serving as your chair through this conference. I’m a sophomore from Maryland studying international relations, and I’m excited to work with you all in our signature committee.

At Penn, I serve as co-director of Academic Affairs for the International Affairs Association and compete on our intercollegiate Model UN team. This will be my second year helping with UPMUNC, and also my second year staffing the Art of the Deal committee!

Outside of Model UN, I develop recipes for our campus culinary magazine and teach civic education at West Philadelphia schools with our community partnership center. I also love learning languages – I study Russian, Spanish, and French, and just started a Turkish course this year.
