Dear Delegates, 

Welcome to the DISEC Committee! My name is Coleman Wampler, and I am honored to be one of your Co-Chairs for UPMUNC LVI. I am currently a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Arts & School. Born and raised in Philadelphia, I have had the opportunity to view Philadelphia from a new lens since joining Penn. Outside of school, I love to adventure into Philadelphia as I continue to explore the city. 

We are so excited to welcome you to the DISEC committee where debates will be fun and interesting! We hope that you all will make the most of your experience - researching a new topic, making new friends from all over the country, and taking the chance to explore a bit of Philadelphia. I can’t wait to meet you all very soon, looking forward to an amazing conference!
