Non-refundable deposit	$75 per school
	$40 per delegate
Conference fees	$25 per delegate

Please make conference fee checks payable to the "Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania"

Hotel Fees

We can accommodate your delegation at the Sheraton Hotel, in central Philadelphia. The room rate remains to be determined. Four guests can be accommodated in each room. If you prefer finding an alternative accommodation, you are welcome to do so.

October 1st	Conference registration, country & crisis requests, and initial deposits due
October 11th	Committee applications for IMF & Ad-Hoc due
October 21st	Sheraton Hotel reservation deadline
October 22nd	Delegate fees, information, and position papers due
November 11th	UPMUNC 2010 begins
