Payment Options

Online

If you prefer to pay online via credit card, an online processing fee charged by the payment provider will be added to your invoice. Please pay for your registration on our payment pageĀ here.

Check

Please make checks payable to the "Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania." . Mailing details are provided in your invoice below. If you have any questions about your invoice, please contact us atĀ upmunc@upmunc.org.

Conference Fees

Conference deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and are due by the dates stipulated below. The last day to request a conference fee refund is October 7th, 2018.

Early Registration Prices (Until May 20th)
Early School Deposit* $90 per school
Early per Delegate Deposit (non refundable $50 per delegate
Early per Delegate Fee (refundable) $35 per delegate
Advisor Fee $60 for an Advisor
Regular Registration Prices (May 21st - September 14th)
School Deposit* $100 per school
Delegate Deposit (non refundable) $70 per delegate
Delegate Conference Fee (refundable) $30 per delegate
Advisor Fee $60 for an Advisor

*Individual registrants do not need to pay the School Deposit.

Hotel Fees

We can accommodate your delegation at the Philadelphia 201 Hotel (Formerly the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel), in center city Philadelphia. Four guests can be accommodated in each room. You can email us with any questions you may have about accomodations.

Deadlines and Fee Due Dates

May 20th Early registration deadline To qualify for early prices and benefits all payments must be made by this deadline.
September 14th Regular registration deadline Country and Crisis requests will be unavailable until payment is made in full.
September 30th Country and crisis requests due Ad-Hoc application
October 7th Last day to request delegate conference fee refund
October 9th Hotel Reservation Form due
November 1st Badge requests due
November 6th Position papers due
November 8th UPMUNC 52 begins
