Fees and Deadlines

Conference Fees

Conference deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and are due by the dates stipulated below. The last day to request a conference fee refund is October 29th, 2017. Please make conference fee checks payable to the "Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania."

Early Registration Prices (Until May 31st)
School Deposit* $70 per school
Delegate Deposit $45 per delegate
Delegate Conference Fee $30 per delegate

For the schools that register before May 31st, up to 10 delegates per delegation will be given the above discounted prices. Groups will forfeit all discounts if payments are not made by the deadlines stipulated below.

Regular Registration Prices (June 1st - October 9th)
School Deposit* $70 per school
Delegate Deposit $50 per delegate
Delegate Conference Fee $35 per delegate

*Individual registrants do not need to pay the School Deposit.

Hotel Fees

We can accommodate your delegation at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel, in center city Philadelphia. Four guests can be accommodated in each room. You can email us with any questions you may have about accomodations.
