Suited up completely in white (vest and bowtie and all), Steven was the obvious choice for the second Delegate of the Day for UPMUNC XLIII. Originally from the Big Apple, Steven goes to school at George Washington University. He says that his most interesting experience was getting detained by the Chinese military when he was casually traveling through Xinjiang (hmm, that is certainly interesting). He is having an amazing time at UPMUNC so far. A senior, Steven has attended UPMUNC twice before, but he thinks that this year is more baller than ever. Sporting a bright-green bowtie spotted with polka dots, Jeff Bennett caught our eye as our first Delegate of the Day for UPMUNC XLIII. Hailing from Annapolis, Jeff is ecstatic about being at UPMUNC and is finding his time here very enjoyable so far. He thought that Scott Harrison's speech from the Opening Ceremony was inspiring, eye-opening, and especially helpful since water sanitation happens to be the first topic that SPECPOL is discussing. Jeff would also like everyone to know that he is still looking for that special someone to send a candy gram to (interested?).
