It is my honor to serve as Director-General for UPMUNC XLIII. Work has already begun on making this year's conference a great success. Here at UPMUNC, we pledge to make your MUN experience exciting, fun, and rewarding.
This year, UPMUNC will be bigger and better. We are in the process of improving our registration process, conference operations, conference activities and committee offerings. We are proud to present a dynamic and diverse group of committees ranging from the Children's Fund to the Mafia Wars of the 1920s.

From the Chief of StaffDear Delegates and Advisors,
It is my pleasure to serve as the Chief of Staff for UPMUNC XLIII. The secretariat and staff have already begun work on what will no doubt be another great UPMUNC!
As Chief of Staff, I work closely with the Under-Secretary Generals and staffers to ensure that each Chair, Vice-Chair, Crisis Director and every other position is matched perfectly with each staffer's experience and personality. It is through this careful selection process that we can guarantee that our staff's passion, commitment and dedication to UPMUNC are reflected in every aspect of our conference.
