Fees and Deadlines

Important Registration Dates

September 12 - priority registration
September 30 - conference registration / initial deposit due
October 10 - delegate fees due
October 14 - hotel registration


Conference Fees

Non-refundable deposit: $75 per school* and $45 per delegate
Conference fees: $30 per delegate

Please make conference fee checks payable to "The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania"

Delegations may change delegation size up to October 15, 2009 without a fine. After October 15, the $45 per delegate deposit and the $75 school fees will not be refunded.

* Please note that schools bringing more than 20 delegates will be exempt from the $75 school fee.


Hotel Fees

Room rate: $190 + tax per room per night
Four guests maximum per room
Hotel fees paid directly to the DoubleTree Hotel


Financial Assistance

This year we are offering financial assistance to schools that explicitly state they cannot come to upmunc due to financial constraints. Please e-mail upmunc@upmunc.org for a financial aid application.
